Site blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.
Additionally included in this recent photograph release appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the larger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had created ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, marked on the bottom right.
This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a key identifying different sections of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for dock shelters.
Additional images disclosed as part of the ongoing congressional release.
